The top 3 teams at Worlds get medals in bronze, silver or gold, plus a large banner and trophy. Some teams also get custom champion rings, with their logo, team name, and any other customizations they want.

Worlds is often the final event of the season, meaning the teammates you are surrounded by in this moment will no longer be your teammates after that final two and a half minutes.
